When will my order arrive?

Delivery usually takes 10–20 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your package is shipped.

Do you ship to all US?

We currently ship to the continental United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or military addresses (APO/FPO).

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number, and a link of the tracking page. You can also track your order directly from our Track Your Order page: "https://snoozydream.com/tools/Tracking".

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If your product is damaged or is missing, simply contact us and we’ll guide you through the return or replacement process.

What if my item arrives damaged or missing?

Please contact our customer support at info@snoozydream.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll quickly send a replacement or process a refund.

Can I use any essential oils with the humidifier?

For the best experience, we recommend using SnoozyDream Essential Oils, designed to work perfectly with our humidifier. However, you may use other high-quality essential oils at your discretion.
